Hi Everyone,

I am part of an in person real estate meet up called the Cash Flow Breakfast Club, which is currently held in Hawaii and Virginia. The host/creator of this event, who was on episode 547 of the BP Podcast, is looking to have this event held in different locations/states. We are looking for investors who have multiple cash flowing properties, plenty of experience, and would like to hold this meet up on a monthly basis. No revenue will be brought in from this event. I've also posted a picture from a previous event. If you have interest, comment on this post or message me and I'll connect you with the host of the meet up. Thank you!

I've been to one of these and they are pretty good if you want to invest in residential/small apartment opportunities.  They force you to network with other people to get you out of your comfort zone.  I highly recommend it if you are just starting out.  Having like minded people in the same room is invigorating.
