Our program is a 12-Month or 90-Day coaching/mentoring program. We meet every other Monday night in an active rehab project, taking a tour of the house, then we hold a class there. We have a series of 6 classes that cover all aspects of setting up a Real Estate Investing Business, finding financing, finding properties, rehabbing the properties, then either selling or renting the properties.
