Our next meetup will be the usual 2nd Wednesday of May (May 10th) at 7pm at the Lawrence Beer Company on Pennsylvania Street. This is a casual and low key way to meet other investors in the Lawrence and Topeka markets as well as all those surrounding markets. (Like Eudora, Tonganoxie, Mclouth, Perry, Lecompton, Ottawa, Leavenworth and more).
This month will feature a fantastic guest speaker. Mr. Dave Hill, a real estate investor and president of Mid-America Bank will be sharing some about his real estate journey.
