It is hard to believe, but this will be the 24th Santa Barbara Real Estate Investor Meetup! Come help us celebrate 2 fun and inspiring years of connecting over our love of real estate and wealth building. As a two year anniversary present to the group, we bought a SIGN (it looks like the banner, above)! Now you can find us easily in the back left (north) corner of Third Window's courtyard.
We are a group of real estate investors of all experience levels who get together each month to share stories, experiences, leads, etc. Whether you have only started dreaming of your first property, or just closed on your 100th; whether you invest out of state, or keep it local, we look forward to having you join.
We kick the evening off with quick group introductions so be ready to tell the group one thing you want help with or to learn, and one area where you can provide value (everyone has something to give). We also want to give the opportunity each month for someone to dive a bit deeper into their journey. If you would like to share your story with the group in more detail (e.g. how you got started, lessons learned, where you invest & why, portfolio, etc), please let me know. You do not need to have a ton of experience, but please have at least one valuable real estate related story to tell. Also, we are limiting story highlights to regulars, so please only volunteer if you have been to at least two SB meetups, and keep your story to 5-8 minutes.
