A lot of investors dream of flipping houses, until they start doing it and realize that it’s actually WORK! While HGTV and other networks can glamorize the process, there can certainly be some uncomfortable moments that we’d rather soon forget. But what if you could actually flip houses that you’ve never even SEEN? Does that sound too good to be true? I thought so too…until I did it.

A few years back, I was sitting at the closing table, and the title agent asked me a question about the location of the house I was selling. My response was, “Um…well, actually, I’m not really sure where this house is to be honest.” Obviously, she was a little shocked, and after I realized what I had done, I was shocked myself. I was purchasing a home, re-selling it five minutes later, and picking up a check for $13,000.00…and not only had I not seen the house, but I DIDN’T EVEN KNOW WHERE IT WAS!
