I hope everyone is having a great summer! This month at the Tucson Multifamily Meetup we have a special guest: Mr. Arturo Mojica, of HomeVestors. Yes we are mixing up a bit. It will be all single family this time! Art has made a successful business out of buying and renting out single family homes in the Tucson area, in the hundreds if not thousands of them.
