Welcome to the West Suburban Building Owner's Association!

We meet on a monthly basis to discuss topics pertaining to building owners and housing providers here in the Chicago suburbs. Our goal is to help you connect with like-minded individuals, stay up to date on industry hot topics, and to participate in resource sharing. We are a membership organization, but attending is free! We are centrally located to suburbs such as Berwyn, Oak Park, Forest Park, Elmwood Park, Lyons, Cicero, Stickney, Broadview, Bellwood, Hillside, Brookfield, La Grange and La Grange Park.

I have been lucky enough to have been invited to speak & sit on panels at numerous investment summits across the country. My speaking engagements have taken me to Dallas, Atlanta, San Francisco, and Chicago. At each event, I share my extensive experience on many topics like Property Management, scaling a business, renovating and flipping, out of state investing, asset stabilization, market analysis, and more.

My company, GC Realty & Development, LLC, currently manages over 1,300 investment properties throughout the Chicagoland area. In 2019, 2020, & 2021 GCR&D was featured on the Inc. Magazine list of top 5,000 fastest growing companies in the United States. I have also been featured on podcasts such as Bigger Pockets, The Real Estate Mogul Podcast, Joe Fairless, REI Diamonds, Thoughtful Entrepreneur, Real Estate Money School, and Work The System with Josh Fonger. We also made the final cut to be featured on the cover of Top Agent - Property Management Edition in 2017. I take great pride in providing valuable feedback to beginners and less experienced entrepreneurs on what steps not to take or what steps to take sooner in growing a young business.
