Mastermind Retreat in Costa Rica

My name is Shiloh Lundahl and I’m an international real estate investor.

I am going to be heading up a mastermind group with high level investors this coming April. It will be limited to 12-15 people and will be held at my 3 properties in Costa Rica for a week. The people invited need to meet the following qualifications.

Mastermind qualifications

1. They must be an entrepreneur where their main income comes from their businesses not from a W2 job.

2. They have a net worth of at least 1 million dollars and at least 1 million dollars of their net worth was created in real estate.

3. They have done at least 50 real estate deals.

4. They have been doing real estate for at least 5 years.

5. They have a desire to network with other real estate investors and are willing to give feedback and receive feedback to improve themselves and their businesses.

6. They are willing to be physically active and have an amazing time in Costa Rica!

This is not going to be an education mastermind, rather the format will be focused on networking and

people sharing what they have done in real estate, what they would consider their superpower is, where they want to go in real estate, and the current struggles they are having or the things that they would say get in their way from accomplishing what they want to accomplish.

It will be facilitator led but it won’t have a curriculum or something that someone is formally teaching. The purpose is to network with other high level investors and to get great ideas and feedback to improve your businesses and lives.

The dates will be Monday, April 8, 2024 though Sunday, April 14th. Arrival will be between noon and 4pm on Monday and departure will be between 9 and 11 am on Sunday. If you are looking to fly in, you will want to fly into the San Jose airport and fly out of the Liberia airport.

The cost is set up to cover the costs of the event and cover my personal costs for set up and running everything during the week. For an individual in a shared room, the costs will be $1700. For a couple in a private room the cost will be $3000. For an individual in a private room the cost will be $2000. The cost doesn’t include airfare but will include lodging, group meals, excursions and transportation to and from the airport at specified times. Transportation outside of those times will have an extra $150 charge.

The focus will be on networking and learning from in another, however, we will also be visiting 3 beautiful properties and doing around 10 excursions during the week. It will be amazing.
