Joe Miller
Joe Miller joined the REIA in the Spring of 2021 during his final semester at UW-Madison where he was studying International Business. Upon attending the REIA's 3-Day Blueprint course he decided to go full time into real estate investing straight out of college.
Kent McDonell
Kent McDonell has a background in Mechanical Engineering, and over the last 3 years has focused his talent on remodeling. Kent flipped over $2M in projects before partnering with Joe.
Together they own and manage a portfolio of RE focused businesses operating in the wholesaling, flipping, rental, and property management spaces, enabled by a talented and growing team.
With an endless appetite for rentals, they position themselves to move into multifamily real estate through syndication in 2024.

- Owned income property for 20 years.
- Experience with management and tenants.
- Member of the Madison (REIA) Real Estate Investment Association for several years.
- Graduate of their Blue Print course that takes an investor through as aspects of Buy and Hold, Flips, and rehabs.
- Purchases multiple properties with the assistance of seller financing.
- BBA UW Whitewater – Human Resource Management
- Almost 20 years with WDATCP – Food/Dairy Safety
- Prior to that was Restaurant Manager.
- Goal to become full time REI by Feb, 2021.

Ken Collins
Ken Collins is a Madison REIA 2018 Coaching student. He lives in Lake Mills is a wiz at creative deal structuring. His focus is on marketing for off-market deals to wholesale, flip or hold as rentals.
The Schedule (3rd Monday):
- 5:30 pm - Check in at the reception desk, visit with your friends and colleagues, get settled in to start
- 6:00 pm - Welcome from Chris Theder, brief announcements, and introductions of Vendors and all attendees
- 6:30 pm - Short presentation on a creative structure
- 7:00 pm - Have's/Wants; Bring a problem to solve - maybe we can even give a seller a call
- 7:30 pm - Open forum for ANY and ALL real estate questions
- 8:00 pm - Meeting adjourned, closing comments by Chris Theder
