Hello BP community! If you're in Northern Virginia, DC, or Maryland, we invite you to our monthly Real Estate Investors meet-up!

Tysons Corner Center - 3rd Floor Food Court in front of California Tortilla

WHEN:
6:30pm on Wednesday, February 7, 2024

Tyson's Mall is our traditional venue. We meet in front of California Tortilla and assemble a bunch of tables and chairs. It's super casual and with so many food options, nobody goes hungry! This is a great opportunity for new as well as seasoned investors from the DMV to build lasting relationships. People from all areas of real estate are encouraged to come regardless of their experience level.

While we often see househackers, many of our attendees are also in one or more of the following: single family residential, multi family residential, commercial, out of state, wholesaling, contracting, flipping, agents/brokers, property managing, lending, and doing BRRRRs.

There will be no product pitching (we are not here to sell you anything) at this meetup. But, you are encouraged to bring deals and services your business can provide. We've found this to be one of the best environments to find inspiration, network, and even share insights with like-minded individuals.
