Come join the Whidbey Island Real Estate Investors group for an open, interactive meeting about how to analyze investment property deals, starting with cap rates and expanding into underwriting concepts that you can personally use. Jason Joiner of Peoples Bank will lead the discussion, addressing high level concepts and applying them to real properties currently on the market. If you have a specific property for which you would like some group analysis, you can also bring property details and we can use it as an example.
