Santa Barbara Informal Meetup #45 - ADUs

We've got a couple exciting new changes to the SB Real Estate Investor Meetup starting this month.  

First - we are switching venues to Brass Bear Uptown.  They have a great private space for us that will make conversing much more comfortable.

Second - we are switching our meetup schedule to the third Wednesday of each month. This is to avoid the crowds that tend to form on Thursdays and it also opened up more options for locations (hence how we landed Brass Bear).

Third - we are introducing a new format to the meetup in an effort to bring more value and foster more meaningful connections.  Each meetup will be themed and we will have three Local Legends experienced in the topic to kick off the meeting.  This will involve each of our Local Legends giving a brief 5-8 minute talk at the start of the evening focused on their experience with the topic.  

Our first meeting with this new format will be focused on ADUs and our Local ADU Legends will be Marco Felix, Jen Rosenthal and Aaron Lober. Marco, Jen and Aaron each have unique experiences with ADUs in Santa Barbara, Ojai and Ventura and are excited to share their experience with you. We will kick off their spotlights at 6:15pm, so don't be late. After they finish and we all have time for Q&A, we will switch to our traditional casual networking model to finish the evening off.
