Every Wednesday night my partners and I host a free call for all real estate investors (passive and active) to come collaborate. We open the call with 2 presenters pitching deals they are working on (usually one experienced investor and one beginner); the purpose of the pitching is to help get reps and learn from feedback. Registration is free, we don't sell books, courses, or subscriptions, just trying to build a community that helps each other grow.
