September is here, and so is our next Coffee & A Case Study! This month, we’ll feature a deep dive into our Luxury at Lassiter development.
Building on the success of last month’s tours, we’re coupling this case study with an on-site tour of the Luxury at Lassiter project. You’ll get a firsthand look at the development while we share insights into design, planning, and the strategy behind it.
☑️ Remember to wear your workin’ shoes! The project is not 100% completed, and there will be some construction debris on-site.
Parking:
Street parking in downtown Durham is free on weekends. There’s also a parking garage right next to Durham Food Hall for extra convenience. Please plan to arrive early to secure a spot, as the Farmer’s Market is down the block and can create congestion.
