Holiday Toy And Coat Drive For A Cause! *Optional toy and coat donation. Donation is NOT a requirement to attend. Toys and coats donated to create holiday joy & smiles on children's and families' faces to the non-profit organization Hope House.

To enter this raffle, show up live and do at least ONE of these 3 things:
#1. Donate a toy
#2. Donate a coat
#3. Wear an ugly Christmas sweater
A ticket will be given to you & randomly drawn during the event. Bring as many toys/coats as you want. However, there is a max of 1 ticket per person.
Event is from 6:30 to 9:30 PM
- 6:30pm - 7:00pm: Arrival & Registration. Raffle Ticket handed to attendees who donated a toy, a coat, and/or wear an ugly Christmas sweater. Both Beginners & Experienced Welcome. Networking for a cause.
- 7:00pm - 8:00pm: Different speaker "stations" set up for Fix & Flip, House Hack, Wholesale, MTR/STR, Lending with interactive mini sessions within the stations.
- 8:00pm - 8:15pm: Raffle for Gift Card Giveaway.
- 8:15pm - 9:30pm: Continued connecting & networking.
Open Networking - 8:00 - 9:30 PM
