Steve Matley brings over 25 years of leadership, management, and real estate development experience across commercial, residential, institutional, and public works projects. He has served as a general contractor, senior project manager for an ENR Top 50 firm, and vice president of land acquisition, successfully delivering projects ranging from high-rises and master-planned communities to infrastructure and public works. A seasoned business owner and expert witness, Steve has managed and developed projects exceeding $500 million in value and currently serves as President of Coast 2 Coast Equities, Inc., operating across four states. He is also an accomplished speaker, educator, and industry leader, serving as Chair of Construction Management Programs at NewSchool of Architecture & Design and holding multiple professional certifications and advanced degrees, including an MBA from Chapman University.
