My name is Shiloh Lundahl. I've been investing in real estate for 16 years and have owned hundreds of properties. Every October, I host a small, hands-on real estate investing retreat in Costa Rica for people who are new to investing or own fewer than 10 properties and want to learn how to confidently scale.
This isn't a conference where you sit in a ballroom all day listening to speaker after speaker.
It's a workshop.
Throughout the week, I'll teach you the fundamentals of finding deals, analyzing properties, making offers, financing purchases, and building a strategy that fits your goals. We'll even spend time looking at real deals in your market so you can begin taking action immediately. The goal is that when you leave Costa Rica, you'll have a clear roadmap—and you may even have your first deal under contract.
Between workshop sessions, we'll experience everything that makes Costa Rica incredible: waterfalls, hot springs, wildlife, great food, and unforgettable scenery.
We'll stay at the Majestic Lodge, a beautiful 10-bedroom lakeside mansion overlooking Lake Arenal with incredible views of the Arenal Volcano near La Fortuna.
To keep the experience personal, attendance is limited to just 16 investors, so everyone gets individual coaching throughout the week.

The price includes accommodations, transportation within Costa Rica, meals, and excursions. You simply purchase your round-trip flight to San José.
