Hello again Everyone!
In effort to bring better educational and networking opportunities to our local members, we are now merging into "Hollywood Real Estate Investing Group" headed by Aaron Karger. Aaron is an Attorney practicing Real Estate law for a local prominent law firm, and has strong ties in the legal and real estate community.
Our next meeting will be held Wednesday, 8/13/2014 @730pm at Lola's on Harrison in Hollywood, FL.
Aaron has arranged a guest speaker, Bob Kinzer, Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years of experience in both public and private companies of all sizes, with a concentration in real estate finance and investment. Mr. Kinzer will be speaking regarding financial analysis of multi-family and commercial estate investment including but not limited to determination of CAP rate, cash on cash, and gross rent multiplier.
This event is not sponsored by BP and is free to attend. Space is limited however, so if you are interested in attending, you will need to register on meetup.com and confirm your attendance.
