From Portland/Downtown/North East. Take I-5 south to Tigard. Take Exit 292 to Lake Oswego. Take a left at the light, then make a right on Bangy Rd.
The building is right next to Trader Joe's, and the offices are above the Oregon builders association offices and Neil Kelly designs.

Just to clarify - is the event at noon or 7pm? The top of the post says noon, but the bottom says 7pm.

I am a Portland area investor and I just found this forum on BP... I didn't realize it was here. I will watch it from now on, for sure. I wish I would have found it before the meeting on the 18th... I am very interested in finding off market properties and could use some help with that. I didn't have any luck over a year of posting "Houses wanted" on Craigslist, my bandit signs mysteriously disappeared and posting in nickle and penny ads have produced nil... Could anyone recap some other ideas you may have picked up at the meeting? Thanks!
