Come join your fellow Houston investors at our next meetup. It will be held at 6:30pm on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at Pub Fiction.

We got incredible feedback from the last meeting, and everyone was asking to have Ray Sasser come back at our September meeting. He has been investing the Houston area for over 30 years and is known as a premier expert in negotiations, rehabbing, and deal structuring (just to name a few).

He will share some negotiation tips that have allowed him to buy and sell hundreds of properties during his career. A mutual friend brought Ray along to close a deal with a seller recently, and the friend texted me this the following day, “Wow. Maestro came through yesterday!”

If you are ready to take your real estate career to the next level, you will not want to miss the chance to interact with a local Houston expert.

Experienced and new investors are all welcome to attend this free event. Come join us and you will not be disappointed!  Drop a message here or rsvp on the meetup details in my signature to let us know you are coming.

I am looking forward to another great event! Thanks @Charles Nguyen

I should be able to make this and hope to see everyone there.

Do they have a place to store items e.g. backpack  - I will be walking over from work and then need to take a bus home.

Hopefully will make it to this meetup.
I am new to real estate investing. Would be interested in learning more from the meet.

@Mark Nolan :  Thanks for sending this to your clients.

@Michelle Zarlengo :  Look forward to seeing you again.

@Ethan G. :  They do not have an official place to store items.  I have had them place items behind the bar for me before, but they will likely tell you to do so at your own risk.

@Michael Le and @Lauren W. :  If you are not too busy buying property, we might see you this month.

Hey welcome to the club. I just answered your questioned in the blog. You nailed all the right questions. Good job.

In case you missed our last meetup, here's a quick recap:

We went over a quick case study of how a deal got put together by just showing up at the August Meetup. Michelle (one of our regular attendees) had a deal requiring funding, and Nathan (a first time attendee in August) had some extra cash. They met at our August meetup and put together a deal. It definitely paid for both of them by being a member of our community.

Ray Sasser, an expert negotiator and house buyer in Houston, was the featured presenter with negotiation as the topic. He went over Common Objections From Sellers, Motivatiors, and walked attendees through the three parts of every negotiation.

Everyone who attended walked about a better deal maker.

Here’s what one attendee had to say, “Ray has such a wealth of knowledge and I learned so much from hearing him speak, that I really didn't want the night to end.”

We are busy planning the agenda for the October meeting and will post the details/agenda soon.
