Hey there Baltimore area forum members! I'm hosting a seminar on the process of buying a distressed property using a 203k loan next Saturday, 10/24 at the Keller Williams Gateway office in White Marsh, MD. I'll be co-hosting the event with Matt Weaver, a 203k loan specialist with Howard Bank, and local 203k Consultant Al Davis.
