AREIA Meeting tonight instead of this morning! These meetings takes place every first Tuesday of the month. It is for members only, but if you would like to join, you may do so at the meeting. This meeting is for networking and coming up with ideas for your fix and flip and lending needs. The tax lien and deed speaker is a sponsor of the group and does provide a service for a fee. He does not usually speak at these meetings on Tuesdays. You can find membership information on the website listed below.

AIA MEMBERS ONLY for the Fix and Flip and Lending groups. We are moving the Breakfast meeting due to requests for after work, and space, to Tues. afternoon at 5:30 pm to our normal site for the Luncheon the second Tuesday- SOL AZTECA on 31 in Vestavia.. If you are in either of these two groups you should try to attend. Also there will be some discussions on Buying TAX LIEN and DEED PROPERTIES- Alabama and Georgia rules & opportunites..
