We normally have a meeting at a local restaurant, but I thought it would be great to actually meet at a home that is being rehabbed so that you can see what really goes on. We will walk the house, I will tell you what is going on, costs, problems, issues, money, contractors, private money and everything else that goes into a rehab. If you are a newbie or a veteran it will be great to meet at an ongoing rehab.

Thank you everyone for coming out. WOW what a great meeting!! We had about 25 people squeezed into a mid-rehab property. Lots of good questions. I hope that everyone enjoyed themselves and learned something. We will be meeting back at the house again next month to see the final product or almost finished house.
