Who is Beau?
Beau Eckstein has a diverse real estate background with over seventeen years of real estate experience, including real estate sales, residential mortgage lending, construction financing, and private money lending. Beau utilizes his vast knowledge and great people skills to help investors, brokers, contractors, and owner/builders create successful projects.
Currently Beau is the Managing Director of SFR Ventures, Inc., a full service real estate investment and private money lending firm.
Beau is an active investor and likes to partner with architects and builders. He hosts an investor Meetup group and through his online marketing was found and casted for an HGTV series “Flip It to Win It”. Beau's new passion is buying cashflow property out of state and his new real estate investing club is launching in July.
