Starting a new REI Group in Manteca, CA

I am starting a new REI group in Manteca CA. I have not been able to find anything local to Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy, Ripon, Stockton, Modesto, Salida. There will be no cost and hors d'oeuvres will be served. The goal of this group is to meet other investors in the area, learn from each others mistakes and maybe team up on some deals. The agenda for the first meeting is: introductions, talk about what we would like to get out of the group and networking. Please let me know if you are interested in coming so that I can judge the amount of food needed.

@Simon Stahl Not sure what meetup.com is, so no I don't have one but will be looking into it. If you are looking for a large group, this may not be for you. This will be our first meeting and as it is free, we will be starting out in my conference room (no cost). We are not looking for large numbers at this time. Our goal is to find people who are already investing in the valley or interested in starting, and then help each other out. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. As a group, we can achieve more.
