The next meeting of the New Mexico Real Estate Mastermind group will be Saturday, Nov. 5 at a member's current fix-and-flip project in Rio Rancho. Each meeting includes analysis of the sponsor's project, networking, and "haves and wants." Our meetings are open only to those who own at least one rental property or have done a fix-and-flip project in the past year; sorry, no "newbies." (There are two other Meetups in Albuquerque for newbies which provide great info: ACRE and NMREIA)
