I have started an REI group in Manteca. We are still relatively new and are looking for additional members. The goal of this group is to stay small, with people of varying skills to help each other out in our individual businesses and to partner up on occasion. We currently have 2 real estate brokers, a hard money lender, a traditional lender and several active and soon to be active investors.
