It's July in Phoenix and the heat is on!
This month we have an awesome guest speaker, BPs own @Ben Leybovich who will be discussing his upcoming book and and some amazing strategies for house hacking.
If you think house hacking is just for newbies trying to get into the game, think again. Ben is a seasoned investor primarily looking to invest in multi family and he just did a house hack to buy a great house in Chandler with a very low monthly cost. If you want to upgrade your residence while lowering your cost of living you will not want to miss this meeting.
DIRECTIONS:
From 100 Exit to McDonald and head West.
Turn south on 83rd and it is the second driveway on the right, set fairly far back off the street.
This is a community clubhouse, a small single story building set waaaay back from the street.
FYI some people have had trouble finding the address in the past, one of last months attendees gave me the Google code below:

Please use either the clubhouse or street parking and not resident parking.
