Learn from a panel of local investors who are actively rehabbing, as they share their best local contractor war stories and what they learned as well as some tips on how to how to mitigate risk in your contractor relationships.

Additionally, Real Estate Atty Hyndiuk has graciously accepted being on the panel to advise on title & legal from a rehabbing owners perspective including contracts, lien waivers & an overview the lien & contractor laws.

This is your opportunity to get tips about finding, building and maintaining successful contractor relationships and learning from other's contractor mishaps.

We are pleased to announce the other members of the panel:

Nicole Pettis, Anthony Klenke, Keith Washington and Marcus Auerbach. Bios will be posted later but these are great people to learn from.

Now is the time to bring your contractor questions!!!

For the past year, Brew City REI meetups have been free but the time has come that we need to charge a fee to cover the cost of the room and also to host special events in the future. The Brew City REI committee does not profit from the Meetup. All fees are used to sustain the Meetup and provide additional resources to members.
