Join us for the new Skagit County Real Estate Meetup on Thursday October 19. This is a group for all those interested in real estate to share ideas and make connections. We meet monthly on the third Thursday of the month, alternating locations between Mount Vernon/Burlington and Anacortes.

WHEN: Thursday October 19 at 6:00PM

WHERE: The Store Grocery in Anacortes (they have coffee and baked goods available)

WHO: We are excited to meet people in Skagit, whether you are long time residents and investors, new to the area, or just want to check out Skagit County and the growing towns. This group is great for the new and the experienced; landlords, landladies, property managers, flippers, wholesalers, real estate agents, loan officers, commercial lenders, portfolio lenders, appraisers, general contractors, builders, handymen, private money lenders, real estate attorneys, buyers, sellers, insurance brokers, escrow officers, and marketing professionals.

    Hi @Julie Marquez, 

    Thank you for the invite and launching this. I was just in MV the past few days and would have made it had it been earlier in the week.  I have a few commitments that will keep me in Seattle. so I unfortunately won't be able to make this one. Keep me posted on upcoming meetings, I would love to connect.

    @Julie Marquez Keep us posted. I'm still trapped in my day job and can't go to Bellevue, Seattle or even Everett on weeknights. I work in Skagit County so would love to be able to do something around here.

    @Julie Marquez I work in Mount Vernon so Anacortes isn't too bad. Although, part of my problem is that I am up at 4am to go to work. I'm old and need my sleep so generally am in bed about 7:30pm to chill and read. I really need to buy a few more rentals so I can quit my day job. It really interferes with my business but sadly is what currently supports us.

    Hey everyone! I'm somewhat new here and would love to meet more local folks in the Whatcom/Skagit area. I noticed some discussion from a few months back about a meetup but it doesn't look like much came together...? Anyone up for a meetup on November 14th? Was thinking 6-8 or so. Skagit River Brewery in downtown Mount Vernon has a great space and id be happy to call and see if it's available if we had a group interested. Let me know your interest level. Thanks!
