“Commercial Real Estate for Beginners” – Taking the FEAR Out of 7-Figure Deals

When most people hear about “commercial” real estate investing, they immediately think of shopping malls, retail strip centers, and medical office buildings. However, any RESIDENTIAL buildings or properties with FIVE or more units is also considered “commercial”, and there is a FORTUNE to be made investing in these types of properties…even if you’re a beginner with very little real estate investing experience!

In fact, our guest speakers for this month started out just like many of you. They were looking for a new way to make some additional income, and began wholesaling a few properties to learn the real estate business, and then moved into some renovations. However, they quickly recognized the opportunity that existed in the “commercial” real estate space, and began immersing themselves in books, seminars, and advanced education on the topic.

In just a few short years, while working FULL-TIME jobs with the United States military, Bob Preston & Jeremy Hans have purchased multiple mobile home parks, apartment complexes, an office building, and even a restaurant, all while primarily using OTHER PEOPLE’S MONEY to do it!

And now P.I.G.’s very own in-house commercial real estate experts are ready to SHOW YOU how to do it TOO, as they reveal their expert secrets on this billion-dollar industry.

If you’re looking for a terrific opportunity to make SIX-FIGURE checks, on SEVEN-FIGURE deals (even if you have no previous experience), then you absolutely MUST make plans to attend this month’s chapter meeting of the Professional Investors Guild entitled, “Commercial Real Estate for Beginners – Taking the Fear out of Seven-Figure Deals.”

Mark your calendars for TUESDAY, November 14th at 7 PM (registration and networking at 6:30PM) in Panama City at Omega Title (2222 Jenks Avenue).

Open to members and first-time guests, so bring a friend and come join us! More info on our guest speakers below:

Closing on my first 7 figure multifamily purchase on November 6th. Looking forward to this meet up!

Just added to my calendar!

Wish I could attend...sounds awesome...unfortunately Uncle Sam has me TDY that week and I won't make it.  Enjoy!

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend tonight but I would love to be able to make the next one! I also have a couple of pocket off market multifamily deals if any of you guys are interested! Thanks and good luck!

Just want to confirm this event is still on for tonight?

Are you guys rescheduling? One of my colleagues tried to attend but said nobody was there.

Cain, we had to cancel the meeting due to some unforeseen last minute problems with the meeting location.  We updated the BP event page and website with the info a few days ago, and made the live stream link available so those in Panama City could watch it online.  We will be meeting again in January, at a new location, but it will be a different topic.  If you'd like to watch the presentation, I can post a link to the YouTube video for you to view once it's uploaded.

Hey guys, I'm new to the PCB real estate arena and I'm definitely interested in the January meeting. Cain, I'd be interested in learning more about the multi family deals you've got as I'm looking to make my first multi fam purchase.
