Disclaimer: BiggerPockets does not support or sponsor any meetups unless otherwise noted. Do your due diligence before attending any events. You may be agreeing to attend an event that includes promotion, pitching, or high-pressure sales tactics or techniques. There may be pitching of products, services or properties at this event!

Auction.com holds a free meet-up event and lunch to learn about how to succeed in acquiring properties through the Auction.com platform.

It's a great way to meet with like-minded investors and learn about specific properties.

Free legal, title, construction and lending advice.

Lunch and beverages provided free.

It's also a great event for realtors unfamiliar with these types of properties to learn the process.

I believe Auction.com does live events on their website, but you may have to register with them first.  Their website doesn't broadcast them directly, so you may need the app.

But they definitely do recordings of the events.
