Happy Holidays Investors!

Thank you, Kim Burke for hosting last month's meeting and letting us take a peek at your successful Airbnb in South Minneapolis. I know I came away with a lot of great ideas on how to improve my short-term rentals and demand better reviews. Let's hope Kohl's restocks before your next investment purchase! :)

Investors, last month was a perfect example of what this group is all about. Because we are a group of passionate, young investors, we have the ability to explore many different avenues to invest in real estate here in the Twin Cities. And best of all... it's been a BLAST! Therefore, we should celebrate the incredible year we've had with a Year End Party!

Next Tuesday's meeting on Dec 19th will be at BlackStack Brewery in St. Paul. We will be presenting highlights from 2017, The Vision of MIFG for 2018 AND... introduce our newest partner... MINNESOTA TOOL LIBRARY! The Minnesota Tool Library mission is to cultivate a more resilient and equitable community and reduce waste by empowering residents with access to tools, training, and workspaces.

MTL is located in the basement of BlackStack and will be opening their doors to our group for an open house between 6pm-7pm. Be sure to come early to check out their amazing space and mission! More details below...
