Greg Caby and Levra Caby – Rehabber/Investor
Greg’s work has been primarily focused in the Aerospace Industry, 30 years + and currently working
as a Project Lead on the A320 Neo in San Diego, CA.
Greg’s Real Estate history includes around 19 dealings with Buy-N- Holds, Rentals, Fix &
Flips, Notes, Foreclosures, Lease Options, Wraps and Lease Purchases.
Levra’s Real Estate Background started in 2012 after a year off due to a back injury…Jumped right
into it along with Greg with my first 2 purchases being Non-Performing Vacant Notes and
include dealings such as Buy-N- Holds, Rentals, Fix & Flips, Foreclosures, Lease Options and
newest venture is Lease Purchases. Levra also is an Incredible welder that does projects for Real Estate Investors including stair railings, art and whatever is needed.
