This week our Northern Colorado Real Estate Investor Group class topic is Asset Protection.
Asset Protection for Real Estate Investors is always one of our most popular classes of the year. This is one of the few topics we do not record so the only way to get this valuable information is to show up!
5:45pm - Registration opens
6:00pm - Class start and Introductions
8:00pm - Class ends/Networking Begins
Class is free but RSVP is required as space is limited.
We teach a different class every week so check out our calendar to see what topics are coming up next!
Specializing in real estate and real estate investing in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Windsor, Timnath, Berthoud, and all of Northern Colorado.
I'm interested in attending but my schedule is tight. Is this class recorded and available online?
Thanks for the post @Ian I Leinwand .
We do about 50 different classes per year and try to record each of them (technology willing) and make *MOST* of them available via the podcast and videos on my website. Anyone can RSVP and attend the classes. There are about 100+ of the recordings of previous classes posted.
However, there are a handful of classes (like 3 or 4) that we do NOT post the recordings of publicly and are only available to clients that have bought or sold a home with me as their real estate broker. The two asset protection classes are ones where the recording is only available to clients. Another one where the recording is not posted publicly that I can think of is the one where we go over the $6,000 lease I give to clients as well for free as well.
So, do whatever you can to make this particular class this week which is part 1 of 2 and next week's part 2 of 2 of the asset protection series. This week is all the strategy and tactics and why. Next week is all the actual paperwork.
So, it is important to come to both because we won't be going over the paperwork this week and we won't be reteaching the setup and why next week.
Hope to see you at the class or a future one.
Thanks for the reply... could you post a brief class outline and the link to your website.
You're welcome for the reply. This week is all the background "why" (like what risks you trying to protect yourself from and what they look like) plus the specific asset protection strategy and tactics. Next week is all the sample paperwork and how that all works. Here's the link to RSVP for this week (next week is on the website as well):
