Hey there Fellow Investor! This months Spokane REIA meet up is Thursday September 27, 2018 . You are invited to our monthly REIA club meeting. We are a group of local Real Estate Investors that meet on the last Thursday of every month to: network, learn, share deals, and build relationships. We will have a market update, deals to share, great networking, and a tremendous speaker. This months speaker will Nathan Helm who is a a successful Rental Property Investor. Nathan has 80+ units here in Spoakne and has his systems down. If you are looking to see how to successfully build a rental portfolio this will be one you won't want to miss. Nathan has in house property management, and a crew that does construction work for his properties. He will share all the details of how to develop your team, build systems that work, and help you be a successful rental property investor. Hey! Is this new? And is it an official Washington REIA? My boyfriend and I have been in Spokane since July and we've been looking for a good REI meetup. We received a big sales pitch from another REI club and were told by Shirley at REIA Washington that there weren't any local branches.

We thought we would start a group that could ultimately hook into the official REIA network. Is that what you're doing here? The "no sales pitches, just networking" motto sounds like exactly what we are looking for!
