This is for people to buy/sell non-MLS wholesale properties. It's not an auction. Wholesalers present properties (most use powerpoint), and people make deals. It's free. Last month's event had 15 properties shown (residential--no commercial). There are no Guru's or books being sold, just people who want to do deals.
