Hi All!
I am excited to announce that a Mid-Coast meet up group has been established and we are set to have our first meeting on Tuesday, 11/6 at 5:30. During the initial stages of starting the group, we will look to explore ways to make each meeting different and exciting. If anyone has a specialty they would like to talk about, let me know and we can schedule you for a timeslot in future meetings. Examples: I could talk about the breakdown of a commercial insurance policy and the need for coverage's such as business income interruption, adequate limits to avoid co-insurance penalties, etc; we could have a realtor discuss the State of the Market and what it means to current and future investments; a banker could discuss rates, loan options, ways to structure a deal with limited upfront capital.
For the first meeting, let's plan to keep it casual and get to know each other more.
I hope to see as many of you there as possible!
