After Hurricane Michael we has some slight damage to this property we there was some re-negotionating. That delayed our closing and will delay the completion date of the project, but that's what happens. We did close on Friday November 16th and started working Saturday morning. We will be holding the event at the rehab location. Please come by, enjoy a free lunch, and learn from our successes and failures!
