Hello Everyone. We were going to wait until after the new year to hold our next meetup, but the more I thought about it, the more I thought, why wait? Ever since podcast #287 aired on how we structure our lease options, we have had several investors (50 plus) contact us wanting to lend one to us to do deals with us. We have connected several of these investors to deals that we are doing so that they can learn the process of how we structure our lease options. Most recently we found a property that we are coaching an investor through the process of doing his own lease option. And everyone in our investor group gets to see the process.
This meetup Group is perfect for anyone who has a business or a job and can only do real estate part time but that wants to learn how to create wealth through real estate. I’m going to share my story on how I got started and built a portfolio of close 50 cash flowing doors in less than 3 years (I say doors rather than properties because some of my properties are multi-family and commercial) and I will share very specific steps in how to get started and ways of improving your process for the more experienced investors.
The meetups that we hold give investors networking opportunities as well as give them a chance to learn a lot and have some fun in the process. I hope to see you there.
