They are creative, hard working and very successful, however, every now and then I come across somebody very humble and extremely successful that just blows away even the most flamboyant investor that we see on social media. Even the best flipper in the Bay Area pales in comparison to what Cameron is able to pull together. On several projects Mr. Stewart returned over 100% annualized returns to his investors in a 116 acres land deal in Sacramento. In other deals he has had similar returns or even better.

About Cameron Stewart

Cameron Stewart is a Land Acquisition and Entitlement Specialist with over 30 years of experience in 
Land Development. He began as a residential realtor, diversified his knowledge base as a Financial 
Planner & Investment Analyst with Series 7 NASD, Life, Disability and Variable Annuity licenses before 
returning to real estate as a Licensed Commercial Broker specializing in land transactions. He later established and operated a residential, commercial & hard money loan brokerage firm.Capitalizing on this experience he secured a position as land acquisition manager, advancing to project manager and division manager for the nation’s 18th largest homebuilder.With his strong foundation, expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, Cameron formed and owns, Hartford Land Management (HLM). Since 1987 Cameron has acquired and developed numerous successful projects that have produced excellent returns for HLM and its investor partners. Cameron has acquired and is currently managing four active projects, including a senior assisted living and memory care project that will be entitled, built, owned and operated by Cameron and his team.In his presentation, he will be answering the Who, What, When, How and Why of Land Development.
