The Brew City REI Club will be hosting it's 2nd annual Lender Speed networking event..

This is a great way to find get to know a variety of lending sources all at once and also find out who's doing what in 2019. If you want to buy more deals in Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Ozaukee or Waukesha using retail/commercial lending or local hard money, then mark your calendars...you will not want to miss this.

We will start with each lender giving a 3 minute presentation on their best lender products and why you should consider them. Members will then connect with the lenders that they find will be most beneficial to their 2019 goals.

As we all know, banks and lenders are the lifeline to our real estate investing and from our December Meetup, our speakers reminded us of the importance of actually speaking and building relationships with lenders. What better way to save time and get closer to your goals than to being able to streamline the process.

We are delighted to have this Meetup at Freight 38, a new venue that recently opened up in Walker's Point and to be able to support Adam Lee Smith, owner and fellow entrepreneur.
