We created this meetup as a way to share value with others and learn from each other's experiences in Real Estate investing.

We want to help others discover how to do their due diligence with emerging technologies and how everything continues to transition from offline to online when evaluating properties.

6:15 pm: Introductions and Kick-Off Remarks

6:30 pm: Main Topic = How to find and evaluate properties. Single family, Multi-Family and others.

7:30 pm-ish: Have's & Want's = We open the mic for any of our members to share information on something that could be of interest to the group. Alternatively, maybe you're looking for a mentor or JV. Now is your chance to share.

7:45 pm: Networking, sharing value with one another

8:00 pm: While the Meetup may be officially concluded, there is plenty in the area for you to continue the conversations with others you may have. 😊
