The Pittsburgh REIA South Hills Subgroup Meeting will be on February 28, 2019 at 7PM. Location: 552 Washgington Ave Carnegie, PA 15106. Come in through the front door and then the meeting room will be on the left. It is the DHRE office.
Last month was a great meeting so I wanted to have a bit of a repeat this month. We are going to take some deals and analyze them as a group working with small groups so that everyone can meet the others in the room. This time though let's look at just deals in the South Hills. I'll come prepared with a few (from the MLS) that we can look at and see how we'd structure them to make them good deals or just what price we would buy at.
If you were at the meeting last month just make sure to sit near people that you weren't near the last meeting.
As a secondary topic I can bring some market statistics for South Hills. I'll share the top 5 areas for total value increase and top 5 areas for appreciation based on the percentage increase. We can also look at the bottom 5 in each as well.
Additionally please come prepared with some feedback on a topic that you'd like to see for March. In the past I've had an accountant come to the meeting as everyone is finalizing their returns for a bit of Q&A.
