This looks like a great topic. I am going to put this date in my calendar. Hopefully everyone starts buying in Worcester and selling in Boston. I would love a few more Boston rentals.

Worcester is currently very overvalued but that being said after living here for over well all my life there is a buzz. 

@Ed Moran To say Worcester is over valued is totally inaccurate. Are you basing that because YOU are priced out of the market or because ROI on investment? And if it's the latter the Worcester market does better than most markets.
