As a finalist for San Diego’s 2018 Realtor of the Year, Patrick is an award-winning real estate agent, business owner, and investor with a focus on educating and serving clients at the highest level. With a focus on assisting both investors and home buyers, Patrick sold over $23M in real estate in 2018 including 44 units composed of single family and multifamily properties. Although Patrick is recognized as an investment expert, he is also a leading single-family residential agent in San Diego County, having sold everything from condos in the $400’s to luxury homes over $4M. At Reef Point Real Estate Patrick has earned numerous awards, including; Top Producing Agent, Top Referred Agent, the Impact award and the Reef Point Realty Leadership award.

Prior to real estate, Patrick served as a military officer in the U.S. Navy. While serving in the military, he began investing in San Diego real estate and, over a ten-year period, he has developed a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio composed of single family and multifamily real estate assets. Patrick also serves on professional committees including the San Diego County Apartment Association’s Legislative Steering Committee which provides legislative input while guiding the direction of San Diego’s housing and rental community.

Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, an MBA with a focus in finance from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, and he is currently completing a Master’s of Science in Real Estate at the University of San Diego School of Business. While earning his MBA, Patrick was a member of the UCLA Anderson Real Estate Association and he earned specialized certificates in Finance and Entrepreneurship. With his combination of academic knowledge and practical application in the real estate market, Patrick has become a sought-after adviser and educator for both clients and fellow real estate agents alike.
