This meetup for people who want to connect and learn how to buy properties and find partners to buy multifamily properties with. Great venue to meet other investors to see how we can add-value to each other.
Obviously the intention is to learn and network with other investors to learn better ways to buy, sell, or source properties. It's amazing what happens when motivated people come together!

Would be a great opportunity to meet other investors who would be willing to network and share ideas with each other. Maybe the speaker or theme could be how to partner up on deals? What are the legal requirements for that i.e do they need to be general partners/ limited partners, do you buy in an llc or with the partner(s) on title, what documents you would need for the partnership. Just an idea but that is something I have more questions on!
