this just in - I went over the Worksheets with Attorney Jonathan, they're a little bit of work, so do not be late for the Sunday Workshop. These need to explained & filled out. .We're there until ALL your questions are answered and everything you need to fill out is done! Mike

1. This evening Friday April 5 - Couple of more hours and we'll be at Kelly's in Danvers for Movers and Shakers 7-8:30pm

*Round Robin of what everyone has been working on, what's been Successful (new killer deal, new financing, deal on materials, great sub-contractor).

*What do you need any help with (partnering, $, Contracted Services if you're not inclined to Partner)?

*Analysis - Julie should have Plymouth and Randolph for us. Or we'll go back to the Peabody analysis we did at the last monthly meeting 3/26.

2. Asset Protection Workshop - Sunday April 7, 10-1pm #47 Newbury Street, Peabody, MA 01960 You need to Register at the website so we have enough material for everyone.

In order to give our members a Discount:

*Jonathan has agreed to present the Framework to us for an hour and a half (Done last Tuesday).

*Go over all the Documents involved in a three hour Workshop Sunday, April 7 10-1pm (until EVERYONE understands them.) Only $29 for Members, Only $49 for nonMembers.

*Then set up appointments in his office for 45-60 minutes to complete the Process and have them validated/filed with the Massachusetts Registry of Deeds and Probate!

PS Even if you have an AirTight Asset Plan or are not interested in an Estate Plan right now, we as Investors do, often run into Probate needing Property. So we do need more understanding of how the Probate system does work when someone has not taken the time to put their Affairs in order! This workshop will teach you How that system does work!
