This event will be for owner occupied buyers that want to buy and hold properties using financing from either the FHA 203K renovation product or Fannie Mae Homestyle renovation product. We will also discuss using these renovation products on currently owned properties to finance renovations. This event is not designed for fix and flip properties that require short term funding. This is for long term buy and hold owner occupied buyers.
