H.I.T.(Houston Investment Team) Houston's Inner Loop B.P. Meet Up

H.I.T (Houston Investment Team) is a central (inner loop) meet up for Houston Texas. The name H.I.T. was born out of the foundational idea that Bigger Pockets promotes and that is being helpful to one another and being a "team" to each other as we embark on or further our real estate investment journey.

This meet up is for distinguished investor and the newbie as we all have things to gain and learn from each other.

Our meet up will be held at Frontier Title Company. They graciously allowed us to use their fantastic office and conference room with views of downtown and memorial park. Their won't be any sales pitches, guru bs, or items for sale. This is purely a meet up for like-minded people looking to share and grow with and through others.

Our June speaker is a newer real estate investor and for over 6 years he has been an agent/broker in residential real estate. He is a graduate from Texas A&M with commercial real estate and construction in his early work history.  He is also responsible for recruiting me to Keller Williams, which he had joined with learning the real estate business and investing in mind. After several years of sales over $10M a year he made a shift back to the route he first sought out and bought two rental properties back to back. Both properties required some upgrading and are currently very cash flow positive.  Today he continues his endeavors to invest in real estate, he has a growing brokerage, and remains a top producing broker.  He is also blessed with a loving wife and a team of 3 kiddos.
